Brian and I were so excited to shoot this wedding. Not only did we love Matt & Tiare – but we got to travel to Hawaii for their big day. They did a great job “branding” their wedding and had so many details – it was like heaven to a photographer. 🙂 The little blue elephant has been passed down to all the brides in Tiare’s family – same with the necklace. I just LOVE traditions! 🙂
There was a garden near the venue and one of Tiare’s favorite spots. We popped over for a few photos before the ceremony. Her bridesmaids were beyond sweet too.
Matt’s crew was awesome. They kept doing some type of weird stance – lots of photos of it in their proofs. 🙂 Inside joke? 🙂 Matching shirts, shoes, pants and even belts! They asked me to take photos of their belts all lined up – that was a first. 🙂
I loved when Tiare entered the officiant blew the shell. It was definitely feeling like Hawaii with that!
My favorite shot of the day….
They had a great custom made backdrop for the OC Studio Booth. We ziptied it to our own backdrop and were good to go. It felt like the red carpet – with mustaches! 🙂
